Consuelo Cassotti, has an Undergraduate Degree in Political Science, Master Degree in Handwriting Psychology in Milan (Italy) and Co-active coaching course. After having different experiences in the corporate world, the most significant at Brembo SpA for a few years, as a Manager in the HR Recruitment and Training Department, she decided to extend outside the company to observe and understand within different points of view the business themes. She collaborated with different national consulting companies as a consultant and finally she became associated with the company Synergy Solutions srl.

During this period, she studied and became experienced in different management HR, and communication approaches, used autogenic training, meditation and colors methodology; and developed a method of energy, relax and stress management. She oriented her research on group studies on team building and of coaching methodology.

Having achieved expertise and experience in HR management, she provides coaching for managers and whoever feels the need to confront themselves and to improve their own management and organization skills.

Presently, in US, she integrates artistic activities as a painting and is gaining more expertise in Profile Performance, HR and coaches people; while in Italy she is a Consulting Coach, Trainer and holistic teacher as a Reiki, Meditation, Life Coach, Therapeutic Touch, RPP of Polarity Method, Interior Sense e Kriya Method.
